These
material are very well useble to make sliding-door and opening door to
built-in wardrobe.
The
rattan can buy in it's natural colour with unattended surface. But you
can coloured it, as you can see on the picture. The tropical cane
matting, bamboo blinds, and the one layer compressed bamboo base may
glue on a stiffener wood plate (for example 5 mm thickness
wood
plate). For the cementation use good quality industrial glue and
compress the surface while the glue bound.
The
rattan
must glue another way. The best practice is to use an aqueous
glue. You apply the straight glue on the suface of
the stiffener
wood plate and splash a little water on the reverse side of the rattan.
On the effect of water the rattan will be soften and easy handle. Be
care the watered rattan will be elongate a little. So if you apply a
longer than 50 cm rattan, after the drying the rattan have an
stressed curved effect. Accordingly you must apply a thicker stiffener
wood plate.
After
the drying they can be coloured, lacquering. On the old fashioned
door the stiffener wood plate glued material insert in the
etched
gouge (pit).

Use
of Mission Trellis from Wood:
Material for wardrobe door, or inner part of door or hide radiator,
paravan.
The quality is first class. Each of two sides well done. In the course
of manufacture before the cementation the two side of the
slat
and after the cementation the two sides of the trellis are polished by
laser controlled grinding machine. The board size
is 65*125cm, the slat is 12mm wide,
the size of leakage 12mm, the thickness is 2,5mm. The ready to use
mission trellis thickness is 5 mm.
For an apart order you could buy different size board but the maximum
size is
65*170cm. In this case there are an 25% additional charge. We
can
contract 3-4 week delivery period. You can change from the next type of
wood:
beech, oak, alder, maple,
borovi fir, ash and cherry on different price.
